Located at 1265 NW 12th Avenue, Miami, FL 33136, Kristi House is a commercial facility with a profoundly meaningful mission: providing care and support for children in need.

Tectum Systems is proud to contribute to this important cause by performing a complete roof replacement on the building. Our scope of work includes the removal of the existing roof and the installation of a new aluminum metal roofing system. The project covers approximately 130 squares of sloped roofing, along with 10 squares of flat roofing, where we are installing a TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) system to ensure durability and weather resistance.
