Project 351 is a 20-unit, 3-story multifamily building where we delivered a full roofing and waterproofing system focused on durability, thermal efficiency, and long-term water protection.

Projects in Miami require precision from the foundation up, especially when it comes to drainage performance and sealing all critical areas.

For this project, we installed a high-performance system including:

• Minimum R-19 insulation

• 1/4” per foot slope for proper drainage

• TPO membrane system

• Designed specifically for South Florida climate conditions
