Project 5040 consists of five 3-story townhouses, where we executed a full roofing and waterproofing system, covering both the roof and all critical building envelope areas.

For the roofing system, we completed:

• 40 squares of roofing

• Sloped insulation at 1/4” per foot

• TPO membrane system

• 20-year warranty

This system ensures durability, energy efficiency, and strong performance under Miami’s weather conditions.

• Windows and doors

• Terraces

• Balconies

• Overhangs
